Ingeniouscity Solution stores the name, email address, optional phone number, project brief and preferred appointment time you submit, so the website owner can review your enquiry, contact you and arrange a consultation.

Who can see your request?

Requests are available in the private owner workspace. They are not displayed publicly. The website is hosted on Hostinger. Standard server logs may record connection details for site operation and security.

Calendar exports

If the owner connects a calendar, the exported event contains the appointment time, consultation reference and service category. It excludes your name, email, phone number, project brief and the owner’s private notes. The owner can open the full record only after signing in.

Your choices

Only submit information needed to discuss your project. Do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal records. Providing a phone number is optional. You can ask Ingeniouscity to correct or remove your enquiry by replying when the owner contacts you, or by submitting a request through the website form with your original reference.

This form does not subscribe you to marketing or make a confirmed booking. Records are retained for handling enquiries and related business follow-up; the owner reviews retention when requests are no longer needed.
